Tracked visitors and sign-up form opens are distinct browser/account counts for this period, not Cloudflare visits or a conversion rate. Owner and reviewer activity is excluded after identification.

Returning listeners

Course journey

New learners per course: people whose first-ever visit to that course falls in this period (returning learners are counted once, in the period of their first visit), and how many of them, from that first visit until now, pressed Play, heard audio to its end, marked a lesson practiced (completion — separate from audio ending), went on to the next lesson from that completion (the Next verse/lesson button and the after-listen Next are counted separately, under Discovery and playback), saw or opened “Save my place”, or chose “Not now”. Verified sign-ups are server-verified registrations by the same learner in that window (owner excluded). Guests are counted per browser; no names, emails or audio are logged.

Sign-up steps (site-wide)

People (browsers) who reached each step of the sign-up form in this period, and learner-days. Steps come only from Clerk’s documented sign-up state (method and verification step names) — never what anyone typed. Google’s own screens are not visible to Saylumo. “Verified new accounts” are server-verified registrations (Clerk webhook), the authority for completed sign-ups; they are not joined to the steps above. Owner and test accounts excluded.

Failure diagnostics

Recorded from this release on; earlier failures (the generic “Account loading error” and “Playback error” counts) have no stored cause. Only allowlisted values are kept: the account-loading stage and category, or the audio reason with the lesson and line — never error text, addresses, links or recordings. One row per learner, UTC day and reason (and line); owner and test activity excluded. A browser reports a missing or blocked audio file as “unsupported” too.

Advertised courses: listening features

Thirukkural and Bhagavad Gita · Hindi only. Each learner counts once per course, from their first qualifying moment in the window; later steps count only if they happened after it. Guests are counted per browser and merged with their account after sign-in; owner activity is excluded. Observational: before/after rows are different visitors at different times, not a controlled test, and earlier periods are never backfilled.

Speed (real visitors)

Aggregated duration buckets only (no visitor identity): time from opening a course page until the first lesson is ready, and from pressing Play until audio starts (first press per page; stopped, paused or background-tab waits are not counted). Values are bucket ranges, not exact percentiles; waits over 60 s are kept in a “> 60 s” bucket and samples over 10 minutes are discarded. Page-load web vitals (LCP, INP, CLS, TTFB) are in Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Discovery and playback

This course only: site visits and the sign-up page are not tied to a course.

Campaign activity

Site-wide (all courses), even with a course chosen.

Distinct tracked browsers/accounts per step, not a sequential conversion rate. Playback includes classical collections; homepage samples are separate. Campaign attribution lasts up to 24 hours in this browser tab. Connected accounts can be existing accounts; verified registrations are shown separately above. New steps start with this release.

Unit 1 → account → Unit 2

Follows guests who started Unit 1 in this period and later connected an account on the same browser. This measures account conversion, not verified new registrations. Cross-device guest journeys cannot be linked.

Unit progress

Cohort: learners whose first tracked action in each unit was in this period. Completed means every lesson in the unit is finished. “Inactive” means unfinished with no activity in that unit for 7 days; it does not prove abandonment.

Recent learners

Latest tracked practice per learner. Guest identifiers stay private.
